You are hereby agreed and acknowledged to this Booking Conditions when this booking was made. All reservations made through our website are subject to availability of the rooms and packages.
Special request will depend on room availability, and cannot be guaranteed. We do however, to try our very best to accommodate you.
Once the online reservation has been completed, your payment through your credit card will be charged immediately and not upon arrival at the hotel.
No amendment and cancellation is allowed once booking is confirmed and payment processed.Please print this mail for your future reference and checking in with; or just record the booking confirmation number and have it at hand for checking in. cancellation of 5 working days prior to check-in date (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays), there will be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 5%
If notification of cancellation is received on or after 5 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date OR we do not receive any cancellation notification, a bank credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied
No Show will be 100% of the total invoice charged - No Refund

Room rates published are exclude Tourism Tax rm10 per room per night which will commenced effectively 1st September 2017. Tourism Tax will be collected upon check-in and only applicable to all foreign guest.
